Hemp Seed Oil Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Hemp Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed & minced)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together until evenly blended
- Season to taste; add fresh minced herbs
Substitutions:
- Use raw Apple Cider Vinegar instead of balsamic
- Use lime or orange juice for a different citrus flavor
- Use honey or agave nectar to add sweetness
Beard Balm
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Beeswax
- 1.5 tbsp Shea Butter
- 1 tsp Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil or Coconut Oil
- 4 drops Tea Tree Oil
Directions:
- Warm beeswax and shea butter to melt
- Add in oils and stir
- Pour mixture in tin or jar
- Leave mixture overnight to thicken
- Use as desired
